Grand Makel Hotel Topkapi, Istanbul

I had a mixed experience during my stay at Grand Makel Hotel Topkapi. The rooftop dining was amazing with stunning views, and I appreciated the friendly attitude of the staff, particularly Ferhat and Burcu. However, the breakfast situation was a bit confusing and the hot water in the bathroom was inconsistent, which was frustrating.

I recently stayed at the Grand Makel Hotel Topkapi for three nights and found several aspects quite enjoyable, though some left much to be desired. The location was convenient for public transport, making it easy to explore Istanbul. However, I was disappointed by the dining options, as the food quality didn't quite meet expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful, but communication was sometimes a challenge, especially with some team members who struggled with English.
